Using the alpha

By accessing Dexty, you agree to these terms. Dexty is an autopilot daily planner in private alpha, and access is limited. You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in secure, and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account.

Your information and connected sources

You keep ownership of the content you provide. You give Dexty the limited permission needed to host, process, and present that content so the service can work for you.

Only connect accounts, conversations, and information that you are authorized to access and use. A connection may expose other people’s information, and you are responsible for using Dexty in a way that respects their rights and any rules that apply to the source.

Approvals and important decisions

Reading or searching a connected source does not give Dexty permission to change it. Where Dexty prepares an external action, you are responsible for checking the recipient, content, timing, and other important details before approving it.

Do not rely on Dexty as a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or other specialist advice. Verify time-sensitive or important information at its source.

Acceptable use

You may not use Dexty to break the law, violate another person’s rights, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, distribute malicious code, or gain unauthorized access to accounts or data. You may not probe or overload the service except with our written permission.

Availability and changes

The alpha is experimental. Features, connections, and access may change, pause, or stop, and information may occasionally be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Dexty is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We may suspend access when necessary to protect users, connected services, or Dexty, or when these terms are materially breached. You can stop using Dexty at any time and can request deletion through the support page.

Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dexty is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the alpha. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded. Your local consumer rights continue to apply.

Changes and questions

We may update these terms as the alpha develops. The effective date at the top will change when they do. If a change materially affects how you use Dexty, we will take reasonable steps to call it out.
