By using Dexty, you agree to these terms. Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in secure, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed your account.

Your information and connected accounts

You keep ownership of the content you provide. You give Dexty the limited permission it needs to store, process and show that content so the service can work for you.

Only connect accounts, conversations and information you are allowed to access and use. A connection may include other people’s information, and you are responsible for using Dexty in a way that respects their rights and any rules that apply to that account.

Approvals and important decisions

Dexty sends, changes or deletes something in a connected account only after you approve that specific action. Before you approve, check the recipient, content, timing and any other details that matter.

Dexty is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or other specialist advice. Check time-sensitive or important information at its source.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Dexty to break the law, violate anyone’s rights, get around access controls, interfere with the service, spread malicious code, or access accounts or data you are not authorized to use. Don’t probe or overload the service without our written permission.

Availability and changes

Dexty is still growing. Features, connections and access may change, pause or stop, and information may sometimes be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Dexty is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law.

We may suspend access when needed to protect people, connected services or Dexty, or if these terms are seriously broken. You can stop using Dexty at any time and ask for your information to be deleted; the support page explains how.

Responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Dexty is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded, and your local consumer rights still apply.

Changes and questions

We may update these terms as Dexty develops. The effective date at the top changes when they do, and if a change materially affects how you use Dexty, we will take reasonable steps to point it out.
