Here when something is off

Support

Tell us what happened and we’ll help you get Dexty back on track.

Contact support

If you have alpha access, use the private support contact supplied with your invitation. Include the email address you use for Dexty, what you expected to happen, what happened instead, and roughly when it occurred.

What we can help with

  • Signing in or accessing your account.
  • Connecting, disconnecting, or syncing a source.
  • Something missing, duplicated, or incorrect on Home.
  • A draft, approval, or action that did not behave as expected.
  • Access, correction, or deletion of your information.

Share enough, but not secrets

It helps to include the affected source, the approximate time, and any error message you saw. Do not email passwords, sign-in codes, access tokens, WhatsApp pairing codes, or whole private conversations. Describe the issue first; we can ask for the smallest useful detail if more is needed.

Privacy and deletion requests

For a privacy request, email from the address you use with Dexty and say whether you want access, a correction, source-derived information removed, or your account deleted. We may need to verify that the account is yours before acting on the request.

Before you write

If a connected source looks stale, check that the source still shows as connected. If an external action is waiting, review whether it still needs your approval. If you cannot sign in, include the sign-in method and the exact error message in your email.
